Return Window

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale and clearance items  are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

How to Start a Return

Email support@naturaleeboujee.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

 

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for sizing or item issues if available.
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

 

Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
