Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the carrier, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Order Review Process

All orders placed through our store are subject to review. We may:

  • Verify billing and shipping details
  • Confirm identity or payment authorization
  • Request additional information if something appears suspicious (e.g., mismatched addresses, high-value orders, or unusual purchasing patterns)

If we are unable to verify the information provided, Naturalee Boujee reserves the right to cancel and refund the order without prior notice.

We use Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other secure payment processors to ensure that your information is protected. At no point do we store full credit card data on our servers.


Signs of Fraud May Include:

  • Use of stolen credit card information
  • Multiple failed payment attempts
  • Shipping to high-risk or flagged locations
  • Large orders placed with expedited shipping to non-matching billing addresses
  • Proxy/VPN usage or suspicious IP activity


Fraudulent Orders Will Be Cancelled

If fraud is suspected:

  • Your order may be delayed, canceled, or flagged for manual review.
  • Repeated or confirmed fraudulent attempts will be reported to relevant authorities, banks, and fraud databases.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion to protect our store, customers, and community.


Customer Responsibility

To help prevent delays:

  • Use your correct billing and shipping information
  • Avoid placing orders using someone else’s card without authorization
  • Respond promptly if we reach out to verify your order


Chargeback Abuse Policy

We take chargeback abuse seriously. Any customer who initiates false chargebacks after receiving merchandise will be permanently banned from future purchases and reported to fraud prevention networks.
